As an actress, you may have seen

Onstage her credits are way too many to mention but select credits include Glorie in Grace & Glorie, Rhetta in Pump Boys & Dinettes at The Temple Theatre;

Connie in 1940's Radio Hour and Chelsea in On Golden Pond, and Daylight Spirits with Blowing Rock Stage Company; The Doctor in Spite of Himself with the NC Theatre in Raleigh; A Christmas Carol with the NC Shakespeare Festival; and Dr. Mary Martin Sloop in Miracle on the Mountain in Crossnore, NC.

CAST Assistant Director

Cyndi Whittaker  has directed over 20 productions, most notably Junie B. Jones and A Little Monkey Business. Although her background is in Nursing, Cyndi now devotes her time and her passion for Theatre to CAST. When she is not putting in countless hours at CAST, Cyndi is a 4-H leader, a homeschooling mother of four, and a proud Grandma. Her husband is CAST volunteer Bob Whittaker, who Cyndi calls "the most patient man in the world."

As an actress, area audiences have seen Cyndi at the Green Room Theatre in Newton in Lost in Yonkers and Little Women; at Hickory Community Theatre in To Kill a Mockingbird; and at CAST in Annie, Steel Magnolias, and Quilters.
